Anshul Tewari is the Founder of Youth Ki Awaaz (YKA), India’s largest civic engagement platform, reaching over 20 million people each month and engaging a community of 200,000+ young contributors. Over the past decade, he has built YKA into a launchpad for civic participation—combining community-led storytelling, large-scale youth polling, and policy-facing insights to shape public discourse and decision-making.
Anshul’s work sits at the intersection of narrative, data, and participation, with partnerships spanning institutions such as NIUA, Dalberg, Fondation Botnar, and UN agencies. He is an Ashoka Fellow, Skoll World Fellow (2025), and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia. Anshul serves on Snap Inc.’s Global Safety Advisory Board and is a founding trustee of the Misinformation Combat Alliance.
