Adriana Carvalho is the Executive Director of Instituto Consulado da Mulher, Head of the W20 Engagement Group (G20), and a member of Ambev’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She also sits on the advisory boards of Brazil Foundation, Instituto EY, and IOS, and lectures on DEI at the Fundação Dom Cabral MBA program.
In September 2023, she completed her tenure as CEO of the NGO Generation Brazil. Previously, she served as Associate Director of D&I for Latin America at EY Brazil (2020–2021). At UN Women Brazil (2014–2020), she managed the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) platform and the “Win-Win” program. Her career began at Dow Brazil (1996–2012), where she held business leadership roles across Latin America.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from FAAP, a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from FGV-SP, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Insper.
