Biography
Sizwile Sibindi is an accomplished international development leader with extensive experience in governance, finance, and operations across Africa. She is the Co-CEO of the Financing Alliance for Health (FAH), where she drives strategy, organizational strengthening, fiscal stewardship, and partnerships that support governments to build sustainable community health financing systems. A Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA), she also holds a Master’s in Professional Accountancy and an MBA. Sizwile is a Fellow of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Leadership Study Conference (2023). She has worked across East and Southern Africa with NGOs and government-linked programs, including senior roles at World Vision International, IUCN, and Chemonics International. A respected voice in nonprofit financial accountability, she previously served on the IFR4NPO Practitioner Advisory Group. Before becoming Co-CEO, she was FAH’s Head of Operations and Risk.
