Varun Rangarajan is a leader in social impact and systems-level scale, with experience spanning health, education, public policy, and technology. He currently leads scale and expansion at Noora Health, where he focuses on building and scaling low-cost, system-owned solutions to improve health outcomes across countries. Prior to Noora Health, Varun worked at Ashoka Innovators for the Public, partnering with social entrepreneurs to strengthen and scale high-impact innovations. He previously worked at Indus Action, where he engaged at a CXO and government level on public policy implementation, including health-focused reforms. Earlier in his career, he was part of the public education leadership work at the Azim Premji Foundation. Varun began his professional journey with eight years in the IT sector, giving him a strong foundation in execution, systems, and organizational building. His work centers on building organizations, enabling scale, and translating ideas into sustainable impact.
