After 20+ years in humanitarian action - the last nine with the International Committee of the Red Cross - Ben has shifted from funding responses to the consequences of conflict to scaling what is proven to help prevent violence.
He is Chief Resources Officer at Search for Common Ground, the world's largest dedicated peacebuilding organisation, where he leads across partnerships, resource mobilisation and marketing. His focus is building cross-sector collaboration to strengthen and scale effective, locally-led peacebuilding approaches underpinned by rigorous measurement, evaluation and learning.
