Biography
Aaron is an Associate Program Director at Dalberg Catalyst where he helps lead hosted initiatives, including Sharing Strategies and Uncommon Collaborations. With over a decade of strategy and global development consulting experience, he has worked with multinational corporations, foundations, NGOs, governments, and international organizations.
Previously, Aaron was an Associate Director at FSG, an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co., and helped establish an HIV/AIDS clinic with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) in rural Mozambique. He has lived and worked across Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America, traveling to over 70 countries. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and French, Aaron holds an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, a Master’s in International Development from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a BA, magna cum laude, in Government from Harvard College.
