Biography
Adriana Barbosa is a social entrepreneur and the founder of the Feira Preta ecosystem, an initiative dedicated to empowering Black populations through culture, entrepreneurship, and economic inclusion in Latin America. As the driving force behind the Feira Preta Festival, Adriana creates a space for Black creativity, innovation, and business, featuring music, visual arts, fashion, gastronomy, and entrepreneurship. The ecosystem also includes training programs, access to credit, data intelligence, and market access for Black entrepreneurs. Adriana advocates for systemic change, focusing on the economic prosperity of the Black community in Latin America and driving the decolonization of economic structures. Through her work, she fosters cross-cultural connections, amplifies Black voices, and supports the growth of Black-owned businesses globally.
