Adriana Carvalho

Biography

Adriana Carvalho has 25+ years of experience in diversity & inclusion, supply chain, and business management. She is Executive Director of Instituto Consulado da Mulher, Head of W20 Engagement Group (G20), and a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at Ambev. She also serves on the advisory boards of Brazil Foundation, Instituto EY, IOS, and the ElasLideram Movement (UN Global Compact Brazil).

She was CEO of Generation Brazil (2021-2023), Associate Director of D&I at EY (2020-2021), and led WEPs and the “Win-Win” program at UN Women Brazil (2014-2020). Previously, she spent 16 years at Dow Brazil, 11 in leadership roles in Latin America.

She holds a BA in Economics (FAAP), a postgraduate degree in Administration (FGV-SP), and a Master’s in Business Administration (Insper). Passionate about building a better world, she drives impactful change in business and society.
