Biography
I, Albert Mollah, hold a Master's in Management (University of Dhaka), a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (BIM), an MBA in Finance (Northern University), and an international degree in CBR & Development (Queen’s University, Canada). With 19+ years in the disability field, I was honored as an Ashoka Fellow ([link](https://www.ashoka.org/en/fellow/albert-mollah)) for advancing disability-inclusive policies globally. I've worked with the World Bank, ILO, UNICEF, Leonard Cheshire, ActionAid, and more as a consultant. I have represented Bangladesh in global forums across the UK, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, Nepal, and India. My expertise includes disability research, high-level advocacy, and developing evaluation reports, action plans, policy briefs, and inclusion manuals.
