Albina Ruiz is an Industrial Engineer, PhD in Chemical Engineering, has 38 years of experience as a social entrepreneur and environmental activist, expert in sustainable development projects, with emphasis on Circular Economy, climate change, integrated solid waste management, rational use of water and environmental planning and management. Projects that are developed with the participation of national, regional and local governments and grassroots organizations, as well as academia and the business sector. She has developed and directed a series of development projects on the aforementioned topics, as well as participated in various studies and research in Peru and abroad on the aforementioned topics.
