Alesha Miller

Biography

Alesha Miller serves as Chief Strategy Officer for Digital Green. In this role, she supports new partnership and program development, strategic planning and thought leadership for key organizational priorities, including gender, climate change, and learning. Prior to joining Digital Green in 2020, Alesha was the Managing Director of the Global Food and Agriculture Program at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where she led policy-oriented research and thought leadership efforts to address key challenges and opportunities in the food system, like urbanization, the rise of global youth populations, water scarcity, and digital technology. Alesha began her career at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, where she held several roles over eight years to improve livelihoods of small-scale farmers. She has a bachelor's from University of Arizona and a master's from Syracuse University.
