Biography
Alix Chambris is an executive in sustainability and impact investment at the Viessmann Generations Group. She leads the ESG governance of the industrial, real estate and liquidity assets of the holding, next to the impact area which includes the Viessmann fondation. Alix has twenty years experience in sustainability and policy making, with a strong focus on energy and climate policy. She has worked in the European Commission where she drafted regulations on energy related products. Prior to joining Viessmann, she was heading EU Public Affairs for the Danish Group Danfoss. She has been president of EuroACE, the European alliance for energy efficiency in buildings, and vice-president of EU-ASE, the European alliance for energy savings. Alix graduated in Economics at the College of Europe, in Political Science and International Relations at Science-Po Strasbourg, and in German Language and Civilisation at the University of Strasbourg.
