Biography

Amma is CEO of Impact Investing Ghana (IIGh), the Ghana National Partner of GSG Impact and a member of the Africa Impact Investing Group (AIIG). IIGh is a platform representing all the stakeholder groups needed to redirect significant capital flows toward social and environmental impact in Ghana, with an ambitious plan to catalyse $1 billion for investment in impact ventures in Ghana and West African.
AIIG is an active community of actors working across Africa to drive capital to where it can have the most impact while delivering financing returns. It brings together African national impact investing ecosystem-building organisations. We work collectively to advance a shift to impact-led economies at a local and regional level. Successful initiatives, include the Africa Impact Summit, $1billion+ in innovative vehicles (Ci-Gaba Fund of Funds, Nigeria Wholesale Impact Investment Fund, Zambia Small Business Growth Initiative) and successful Deal Source Africa matchmaking platform.
