Biography

Anastasia Holoboff is the Director of Movement and CapacitStrengthening at Women Enabled International (WEI). Anastasia leads the execution of WEI’s strategic priorities aimed at ensuring that women, girls, and gender-diverse people with disabilities have the information, resources, and support needed to fully realize their human rights – and that the stakeholders key to that realization have the will, resources, and capacity to make it happen.​ She is also WEI’s Thematic Point Person for Gender-Based Violence.

Anastasia is a dyslexic lawyer with over ten years of experience in disability rights and intersectional human rights advocacy. Since joining WEI in 2016, Anastasia has played an integral role in designing and leading WEI’s groundbreaking work addressing the intersection of disability rights and gender rights and inclusive service provision. Prior to joining WEI, Anastasia served as a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights New York.
