Adela Andrea González Pacheco

Biography

With 10 years of experience in the entrepreneurial sector, Adela Andrea González Pacheco is an expert in the design of projects focused on social issues such as discrimination and gender inequality. She is co-founder and director of Nuestro Flow, a social enterprise dedicated to the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion through the accompaniment of companies for the implementation of the DEI approach, the creation of projects and pedagogical content. Currently, she is also the gender and diversity specialist for Acumen Latin America.

Andrea is a Social Worker and Industrial Designer. She was also selected as one of the 23 social leaders of the international organization ACUMEN, being part of the first training cohort in Colombia, which makes her an Acumen Colombia 2019 Fellow.
