Aristiwidya Bramantika is a passionate leader and facilitator focused on culture’s transformative power. She drives social impact at GoTo Impact Lab, empowering local communities across Indonesia. She explores how the stories of Indonesian changemakers can scale social change. Committed to inclusive growth, Aristiwidya leverages local wisdom to foster sustainable and systemic solutions.

With a strong passion for human development, leadership, and culture, she previously led the Foundation’s research arm and served as Senior VP of People and Culture at Gojek for seven years. There, she combined her computer science background and data-driven strategies to build a thriving, innovative workplace and ecosystem.
