Arlene Wilson-Grant is the Managing Director of Grants Management & Operations at the Skoll Foundation. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that the foundation’s grantmaking operations and practices, and use of data are consistent with and support the foundation’s goals and values. Prior to joining Skoll, Arlene held leadership positions at Arabella Advisors, the Disability Rights Fund, and various other social justice advocacy and philanthropic organizations.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her daughter’s volleyball matches, attending theater performances, and perfecting her backstroke.
