Biography
Audrey Choi is Executive Chair of the Generation Foundation. Over the course of her career, she has served in senior positions in business, government, journalism and philanthropy. She founded Morgan Stanley’s Global Sustainable Finance Group in 2009 and later became the first Chief Sustainability Officer on Wall Street. She also founded and led the firm's Community Development Finance Group, investing more than $20 billion to strengthen low-income communities. Previously Audrey served in the Clinton Administration as domestic policy advisor to Vice President Al Gore and Chief of Staff at the Council of Economic Advisers. She also served as bureau chief and foreign correspondent for The Wall Street Journal. She is a trustee of the Kresge Foundation; Visiting Scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; and serves on the board of non-profit organizations focused on sustainability, economic opportunity, and the arts.
