Biography
Journalist, author, 35 years working on predictable, reliable mechanical transport systems for health care delivery in distant, neglected places in Africa. Skoll awardee 2005. I prefer not to refer to my 'ethnicity' because it is clear to me that the whole notion of, for example, 'race' is not logically defensible. I have a degree in philosophy and the very old habits die hard, it seems!
