Biography
Ben Gips is an Impact Associate at Protect Democracy. His primary work focuses on technology policy including online safety. He also works with the VoteShield product and the Committee for Safe and Secure Elections to protect free, fair, and secure elections through data analysis and coalition work. Prior to joining the team, Ben led Product Operations for Byteboard, a talent evaluation company focused on the software engineering market and served as strategy consultant to nonprofits and foundations at Redstone Strategy Group. Ben holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Williams College and currently serves as Board Chair for a Bay Area youth leadership nonprofit called Camp Common Ground.
