Benoit, founder and co-CEO, has been instrumental in shaping Tiko since its inception in 2014. Based in Cape Town, South Africa, and with a career spanning both nonprofit and for-profit sectors in France and across Africa, Benoit brings over 25 years of experience in strategic management, business development, product innovation, and team leadership.
With over a decade at the helm of Tiko, Benoit leads Tiko’s future trajectory beyond 2030. He drives new funding pathways, including private-sector partnerships, outcomes-based financing, and income generation, and oversees Tiko’s technology and innovation agenda. His leadership ensures the systems, resources, and partnerships are in place to scale Tiko’s impact long-term, while championing a culture of continuous innovation and entrepreneurship.
