Brian is Co-Founder and CEO of Camber Collective, where he leads the firm’s vision and strategy. He focuses significant time on leadership development, communications, and advancing Camber’s field-facing work.
With more than 25 years of strategic consulting experience, Brian advises foundations, philanthropists, nonprofits, and mission-driven companies on strategy, organization design, partnerships, impact models, and systems change.
Prior to Camber, Brian worked at Deloitte Consulting advising Fortune 500 organizations on corporate strategy and M&A. He earned an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and received a BA in Economics with Honors, graduating Cum Laude from Pomona College.
Based in Seattle, Brian enjoys running, soccer, skiing, and adventures with his wife Anna, who teaches Biomedical Science, Psychology, and Molecular Biology, their two teenage boys, and their dog, Chicken.
