Bruna Barros

Biography

Bruna Barros is the Executive Director of RenovaBR, leading initiatives to strengthen democracy and political representation in Brazil. With 15+ years of experience spanning consulting, auditing, public sector, and social impact NGO, she has shaped governance strategies and impact-driven policies. She previously served as Undersecretary of Entrepreneurship and Microcredit for São Paulo, managing Brazil’s largest state microcredit fund. A Columbia, Johns Hopkins, FECAP, and Insper alumna, Bruna has expertise in public policy, social finance, and strategy. Passionate about fostering inclusive and diverse leadership, she collaborates with funders, institutions, and political networks to drive change.
