Biography
For nearly three decades, Christal M. Jackson has had a fulfilling career serving in the social impact and impact investing sector.
An accomplished social entrepreneur, Christal is the founder of Head and Heart Philanthropy (HHP), a nonprofit organization focused on closing gaps in health, education, and economics for underserved communities in the United States and the continent of Africa. She is also the President & CEO of Mosaic Genius, a social impact agency focused on creating an inclusive economy for all and improving social outcomes for underserved communities. Christal attributes her success to having been groomed for leadership by the community, from serving as an intern with the Children's Defense Fund to creating a marketplace for multimillion-dollar initiatives focused on solving complicated social issues.
She attended Spelman College, earning a dual degree in Psychology and Religion. She later obtained a Master of Theological Studies from Duke University.
