Christopher Botta

Biography

Chris Botta is a Brooklyn-based producer and engineer. He runs Fer Sound, a mixing, mastering, and production studio in Bushwick Brooklyn. With his interests positioned uncomfortably between contemporary chamber, electronic, and popular music forms, he has collaborated closely with artists such as Yaeji, Attacca String Quartet, Shahzad Ismaily, india.ari, Emily Wells, Arushi Jain, and the JACK Quartet. Chris joined the Found Sound Nation team in 2016 and has worked on a number of programs including OneBeat US and Abroad (Sahara, Borneo & Taiwan), Mosaic and Commercial as a facilitator, producer, recording, mixing and mastering engineer.
