My go-to tool is Constituent Voice®, a methodology for planning, doing, measuring and communicating that fosters learning and responsiveness among all constituents of an organization. Constituent Voice learning loops are the most practical tool I've seen for realising inclusive organizational cultures that balance commercial, social, and environmental objectives.
My core organizational affiliations give me great joy.
Ashoka is for my money the world's most important social organization. It is a 'network of networks' like no other, a giant brain-like super-organism.
