Biography

Dilip Pattubala is the Co-founder & CEO at Uninhibited, an Indian non-profit organisation that works with adolescent girls by creating safe spaces to destigmatize menstruation for building shame resilience, and equipping necessary transferable life skills to access equal opportunities and make informed choices around their body & menstrual health. They have reached 350,000+ people across 22 states in India. They have also launched a helpline, Hello Saathi, that makes information and sexual reproductive healthcare accessible. They were awarded the Most Innovative Development Award for Hello Saathi by Global Development Network. Dilip is an Acumen Fellow and a Mulago Rainer Arnhold Fellow with over 10 years of work experience in the development sector.
