CEO of Recode, a social organization focused on digital empowerment, Elaine Pinheiro has a bachelor degree in Communications and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Performance Management. Elaine started to work in Recode in 2010, and she has been leading the NGO since 2014. Before joinning the third sector, the executive has accumulated experience in multinationals and large companies, for 12 years, in areas of Corporate Education, HR and Commercial. As a social entrepreneur, she believes in the power of netwoks and relationships as a way to build a better world.
