Eloise Todd

Biography

Eloise Todd is the Executive Director and a Co-founder of Pandemic Action Network (PAN). Under her leadership the organization has grown to more than 400 partners working together to take collective action to ensure the world is prepared to respond to outbreaks and prevent the next pandemic. PAN's networked advocacy approach has been key to mobilizing resources and political action to respond with an equity lens to COVID-19 and mpox while building on lessons learned to strengthen pandemic-and climate-resilient health systems. Eloise has worked throughout her 25-year career to change policies, legislation, and budgets in order to improve lives. She has served as a political adviser in the European Parliament, led global policy at the ONE campaign, establishing their EU office. As a social impact innovator, Eloise also built one of the largest pro-European organizations in the UK, Best for Britain.
