Biography
Emily Mitzner is the Director of Content and Exhibitions at the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, a new cultural institution opening in 2025 that celebrates the promise of the American Dream. In this role she oversees exhibit development and content strategy for over 50,000 square feet across four pillars of content: education, health, finance, and entrepreneurship. Ms. Mitzner manages a team of content developers and other staff to craft multimedia stories and experiences for the center, which will include awe-inspiring installations in a series of historic buildings being preserved in the heart of Washington, DC. Prior to this role, Ms. Mitzner spent nearly ten years in a series of roles at the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, most recently as the Vice President of Strategy, where she directed the creation and implementation of the five-year plan. Ms. Mitzner earned her Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Political Economics with honors at Georgetown University.
