Biography
As President of Horizon 2045, Erika Gregory leads a groundbreaking initiative reimagining global security frameworks for an era of converging threats. Previously, as Managing Director of N Square, she orchestrated a pioneering $14M funder collaborative uniting the MacArthur, Skoll, Hewlett, and CCNY to prevent nuclear weapons use. Her widely translated TED Talk on cross-disciplinary approaches to nuclear disarmament has reached over 1 million viewers.
Drawing on three decades of experience spanning strategic foresight, systems design, and social innovation, Erika led a consortium including the Nuclear Threat Initiative and Rhode Island School of Design to develop Horizon 2045. A Juilliard Drama graduate, she brings technical grounding as a creative professional and a systems thinker's rigor to complex challenges. Earlier ventures include co-founding Collective Invention and Idea Factory, bringing collaborative approaches to philanthropy, the private sector, and government.
