Biography
Eva Rinaldi serves as the director of community programs within the department of Impact, Engagement, and Advocacy at Sundance Institute, focusing on regional artist development and audience engagement.
During her tenure she has served as director of operations, producing various programs for the Sundance Institute’s community outreach and artist’s programs and Film Festival including; communication, venues, special events, artist services, transportation, production, volunteers, logistics, and administration.
Prior to joining Sundance, Eva’s skills were developed in the hotel and resort industry, working in the areas of front desk, reservations, accounting, sales, and event planning.
Eva has a Masters in Community Leadership from Westminster College in Utah with a focus on advocacy and the socioeconomic status of women. While there, she was selected as one of 20 US students to attend the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. Eva represents the local community by serving on local boards and is politically active.
