Falgu Shah

Biography

Falgu has worked as an operator and investor across global emerging markets for over a decade. She spent her early career as an equity investor at the International Finance Corporation deploying capital to early-stage technology companies. Following her MBA/MPA at Wharton / Harvard Kennedy School, Falgu has been working as an operator for Paystack, a Nigerian fintech company which was acquired by Stripe. There, she has led their expansion to new markets across Africa, and new products in cross-border payments. She works as a Partner at Next Billion Capital Partners, investing in growth stage businesses across Latin America, South East Asia, and the Middle East & Africa. Falgu enjoys skiing, surfing, hiking, and yoga in her spare time.
