Fernanda Campagnucci

Biography

Fernanda Campagnucci is the Executive Director of InternetLab. Previously, she served as the Executive Director of Open Knowledge Brazil (2019-2024) and worked as a public manager at the São Paulo City Hall (2013-2019), leading award-winning initiatives in transparency, data governance, and digital government. Fernanda holds a degree in Journalism from the University of São Paulo (USP), a master’s degree in Education from the same institution, and a PhD in Public Administration and Government from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (EAESP-FGV). She also conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Münster (2024), Germany, focusing on smart cities and digital political participation.
