Frank Heitmann is the President of DDD. Before DDD, Frank has led and grown large outsourcing units on a global basis. He has more than 25 years of experience delivering solutions and service offerings in the ITO/BPO industry at organizations such as Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), a global leader of next-generation IT services and solutions. Frank holds a Masters of Informatics from the Technical University of Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany.
