Gabriela Delgadillo

Biography

Gabriela is a strategic leader at Verité, providing critical guidance on organization-wide policies, strategies, and program effectiveness. With a strong focus on innovation and impact, she ensures excellence in program execution, quality control, and cross-functional coordination with global teams. Since 1998, she has worked in human and labor rights, leading supplier improvement programs and projects addressing gender, child labor, forced labor, ethical recruitment, and freedom of association across multiple sectors. She has designed improvement programs across supply chains in more than 40 countries. Gabriela holds a Specialist degree in Adult Education and a Master’s in International Education from the University of Massachusetts. As a Fulbright LASPAU Scholar, her research focused on women and working conditions in Latin America.
