Biography

Political scientist, social entrepreneur, and action researcher. Co-founder and executive director of RECAMBIO, a non-partisan initiative fostering democratic leadership and systemic change in Peru through political training for leaders from diverse regions, identities, ideologies, and parties. Broad experience in public management, politics, and social innovation. Served in the Advisory Cabinets of the Ministers of Economy and Finance and Culture. Led social innovation at Insitum Perú and headed the Political Analysis Unit at El Comercio, Peru’s longest-running newspaper. Co-founded and served as executive director of Kunan, a platform for social and environmental entrepreneurship. Former head coordinator and current evaluator of the Annual Best Practices in Public Management Award by Ciudadanos al Día. Holds a Master’s in Government and Public Administration. Her research focuses on democracy, polarization, disinformation, electoral systems, political parties, and civic engagement.
