Spearheads initiatives such as Fondo Mujeres Visibles, Mingalab and Talento Visible, fostering leadership, social mobility, and economic inclusion for Afro-descendant and Indigenous communities. Successfully directed a $500,000 fund for women-led organizations and co-founded Colombia’s first ethnic-focused executive search firm, unlocking 20+ formal employment opportunities in underrepresented communities.
