Biography

Graham Macmillan is a social impact leader and a champion for advancing economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, and community development through philanthropy and investment.
As Head of Global Philanthropy and Volunteerism at Visa, Graham oversees Visa’s global philanthropic activity including corporate charitable contributions, employee matching and volunteerism. As the first, full-time president of the Visa Foundation, Graham developed and now executes the Foundation’s impact investing and grantmaking strategy to strengthen low-income and financially-underserved small businesses around the world. In addition, Graham oversees the Foundation’s activities addressing local community needs and humanitarian response in times of crisis. Under his leadership, the Foundation has allocated nearly $250M in capital while impacting nearly 5M small businesses and individuals worldwide.
