Biography
Ifeanyi Perry is a researcher, social scientist, and development professional with a decade of experience in research, program development, and implementation. She specializes in youth development, governance, and economic empowerment, with interest in mental health advocacy.
She has worked with NGOs, think tanks, and academic institutions, leveraging data-driven insights to drive organizational transformation and social impact. A CODESRIA Laureate (2019), she holds a PhD in Criminology and Penology, an MA in Criminology and Criminal Justice, and a BSc in Sociology.
As Programs Lead at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE), Ifeanyi oversees initiatives that equip youth with essential soft skills for the workforce. She actively collaborates in the international development space, designing scalable solutions for employment, education, and social inclusion across West Africa.
