Biography
Isaac Gilles is a Major Gifts & Content Officer at Protect Democracy. He leads development and strategic communications initiatives to secure the organization's financial future and contextualize its mission, strategy, and impact to key partners. Prior to Protect Democracy, he focused on business strategy and operations at Ballast Research (now Penta Group) — and on communications consulting at ICF Next. He has also held research and communications roles with the Raben Group, the USC Center for Economic and Social Research, and the Los Angeles City Council. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from the University of Southern California, where he led belonging and anti-loneliness efforts through the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life. Isaac lives in Richmond, VA.
