Biography

Janti is President & CEO of Save the Children, an organization that gives children in the United States and around the world a healthy start, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. Save the Children serves over 134 million children in 120 countries and has committed to driving down the number of preventable deaths of children under 5, ensuring every child gets high-quality basic education. She was previously the COO of Save the Children US, responsible for strategy and organization management. Before coming to the USA, Janti was deputy CEO of Save the Children International for 8 years. Before this Janti spent three years with Kimberly-Clark as Indonesia Country Director and was Managing Director for Belu in London, the first bottled water brand in a biodegradable bottle donating all profits to charity. She spent 15 years with Unilever in Finance and general management, in the Netherlands, UK and Singapore. Janti graduated from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
