Biography
Jen Jinks is the Interim Co-CEO at Polaris. In her prior role as Chief Program Officer she oversaw efforts to disrupt and end human trafficking in North America. This included overseeing the national response mechanism for victims of human trafficking, an intel unit that works with government agencies and financial institutions to combat money laundering by potential traffickers, and a team that handles data analysis, advocacy, and evaluation. Prior to joining Polaris, Jen worked for national nonprofits to seed and scale campaigns to end childhood hunger and grow sports-based youth development. Earlier in her career, Jen directed advocacy efforts for high-profile organizations and campaigns, including the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Service Employees International Union, Democratic Governors Association, and electoral campaigns at all levels. Jen holds an MA from Georgetown University and a BA in History from the University of Illinois.
