Biography

Jesse is a social entrepreneur and operations strategist with a strong passion for mobility, leadership management, and scalable solutions. With over a decade of experience, he has played a pivotal role in shaping ride-hailing, logistics, and e-commerce in West Africa, leading high-performing teams and driving sustainable business growth.

As Head of Operations at Yango Ghana, Jesse oversees market expansion, operational efficiency, and ecosystem development, ensuring seamless collaboration between partners and independent contractors. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles at Uber and Bolt, where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance supply chain management, talent acquisition, and regulatory compliance.

Jesse holds an MSc in Computer Science (University of Ghana) and a Strategy & Execution Certificate (Harvard Business School).
