Biography

Jite Phido is a Senior Program Manager on the scaling innovations practice at Results for Development (R4D), where she leads the Million Lives Collective, a global, multi-sectoral network of actors committed to promoting proven, impactful innovations and supporting their further scale-up to address global development challenges, and the Frontier Tech Hub Demand-Led Workstream, an initiative exploring the systems-led adoption of emerging technologies at scale to address global challenges.

She additionally manages the International Development Innovation Alliance (IDIA) Training for managers of innovation and IDIA’s Global Innovation Advisor program, a network of acclaimed technical experts, thought-leaders, entrepreneurs and system disruptors from low- and middle-income countries committed to driving stronger local innovation ecosystems.
