Jordan serves as CEO at Integral, an independent non-profit that builds and accelerates coalitions to advance some of the urgent transitions of our time. He stewards a global portfolio and team of teams with programming spanning 25 countries.
Previously, Jordan was a Partner at Dalberg, where he co-led the firm's Inclusive Economic Development service line, started multiple offices, and oversaw Dalberg's operations globally. He advised leading actors in global development—including foundations, governments, multilateral organizations, NGOs and corporations—on matters of policy, strategy, organizational effectiveness, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and scaling social impact.
Jordan spent his early career at Booz&Co (now PwC - Strategy&) focused on public sector strategies in the Middle East, and at Booz Allen Hamilton focused on US national intelligence. He holds degrees in international business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and mathematics from MIT.
