Biography

I am a visionary leader in development with over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, program strategy, and operations.
As the Chief Program Officer at Girl Effect, a global NGO dedicated to empowering girls and young women, I lead program strategy, oversee operations, and drive impact across multiple geographies in Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
Previously, I served as the CEO of PS Kenya, a network member of PSI. My expertise spans organizational leadership, strategy, change management, behaviour change, private sector engagement, health financing, and social enterprise development. Over the years, I have designed and led multi-country programs in health, economic empowerment, and health systems transformation.
Beyond programmatic leadership, I have spearheaded multiple change management initiatives, driving organizational restructuring and efficiency. A strong advocate for leadership development, I am committed to mentoring emerging leaders.
