Julia Ikasarana

Biography

Julia Ikasarana is a sustainability and collective action professional with extensive expertise in public policy, research, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Planning and Policy Manager at Lingkar Temu Kabupaten Lestari in Indonesia, she plays a key role in co-creating sustainable policies and coordinating district planning initiatives of LTKL's members. With over a decade of experience that spans roles in research, communications, and publication, Julia leverages her strong analytical skills to drive social change in human rights, gender equality, and environmental sustainability. Her professional journey is also highlighted by her recognition as a Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Professional Fellow.
