Kelsey Morgan, PhD, is the Co-Founder and CEO of EverFree, where she leads global efforts to transform how the world supports people experiencing violence, exploitation, and abuse. A practitioner, scholar, and systems innovator, Kelsey brings over 15 years of frontline experience, research, and leadership to building human-centered, strengths-based models that restore agency and dignity at scale. She co-created Freedom Lifemap, a survivor-centered digital well-being platform used in 10 countries to personalize support, strengthen service delivery, and generate real-time insights that improve programs and inform policy. Under Kelsey’s leadership, EverFree is advancing a new model of global care - one that evolves from capacity-limited service models to scalable, tech-enabled pathways that equip individuals to guide their own healing and long-term well-being.
