Khurshed Moakes

Biography

Khurshed Moakes has over 15 years of executive experience in Public Sector, Operations, and Organisational Development. She is the Chief Operating Officer and a board member at Futurelect, an organisation that promotes a diverse network of political and government leaders in Africa.

She previously held various leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer at TheBoardroom Africa (TBrA) and multiple positions at the Democratic Alliance (DA).

Khurshed has qualifications in Human Resources, Labour Law, and Executive Coaching and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in the United Kingdom. She is passionate about empowering women leaders in politics and the public sector.
